Unfortunately, I have made a few bad decisions more than once and ended up getting cited for DUI 3 times. The first time, I hired an attorney at the last minute because I was scared and young, and the attorney did nothing. In fact, he was so inexperienced that he managed to add time to the length I couldn't drive. Having 1 DUI on your record pretty much guarantees that if you get pulled over again, you're getting another one. And, that's what happened many years later. At this point, I had a very successful career in outside sales and driving was imperative so I was completely terrified of losing everything. This time I thought I was smarter and I asked friends for referrals, esp friends that had DUIs thrown out or reduced. I ended up getting a referral and THOUGHT I was in good hands but the duo legal team I was referred to were awful. If you have worked with Eilam, you know that the first 10 days after your arrest are crucial to keeping your license or at least keeping you driving for extra time, and you know that there is a Civil Case with the DMV and a Criminal Case with the court. The duo that I was referred to dismissed the Civil Case as having any importance and actually told me to 'take the bus, perhaps?'. Instead of answering my questions, they were drinking and hanging out at a Ray's game. I had paid them in full initially because I was referred, and THOUGHT I was in good hands. Anytime I tried to call them or question something, they either didn't answer or they lied. So, I fired them. They never refunded me a dime. At this point I reached out to a lawyer friend in Orlando, and he asked the best Orlando lawyer who he would refer in Tampa, and luckily I was referred to Eilam! I called Eilam and left a message and he called me back even though it was 10pm. I explained my career, my arrest and refusal to blow, and what the duo of lawyers had told me about the Civil Case and that I wished to seek new counsel. When I met with Eilam, it was night and day compared to any other lawyer. Eilam was very straight forward with me and never promised me anything in terms of an outcome, but he did say he would fight it to the best of his capabilities and honestly, I felt like I was in the best hands ever, and I was. He was extremely knowledgeable about similar cases and the DMV and the Criminal side, which I now know, many lawyers are not! Eilam was there every step of the way and answered every question I had. Eilam's knowledge of the Civil side and the Criminal side kept me driving for longer than the 10 days you initially have, and I was able to keep my job! That DUI was reduced to reckless driving in the end. Unfortunately, I did not learn my lesson. Many years later, I made the choice to drive home after a few glasses. This time I hit a curb and wrecked the axel of my car. I got out of the car to assess the damage and that's when the police arrived. I was arrested even though I was not driving when the cops arrived. Of course, immediately after being released from jail, I called Eilam. I would never trust anyone else other than Eilam, so we sat down again for a second time to discuss my case. I hated myself for ending up in his office again, but I will tell you, having Eilam and his superior knowledge fighting for me gave me hope that somehow I would once again, have my life and career saved, and I did. Eilam once again kept me driving for quite some time after the 10 days because of his knowledge of the Civil case, and because of his never give up philosophy and the depth of his knowledge, he found a flaw in my case and after 2 years of fighting the court, my case was reduced to reckless driving. I now take Uber if I plan to have even 1 drink so I don't plan on being in his office for a thrid time, but honestly hands down, Eilam is the BEST DUI attorney out there. He is one of the most dedicated, determined and smartest people I know. You are in good hands with Eilam! Don't make the mistake of going anywhere else!

Eilam saw me immediately after I called him regarding a potential DUI involving a car accident. I had not been arrested but my story was covered by every local news outlet. Needless to say, I was feeling pretty horrible on many levels. I had already seen three other high profile attorneys in the area that quoted me very high prices for a first time DUI that I had not yet been charged with. Eilam had a different attitude from the start. I felt confident in his approach and he made me feel like a person who was going through a bad time rather than just another court case.
I retained Eilam as my attorney over the next few days and he guided me through the appropriate measures until I got arrested four months later. He patiently dealt with many questions from me and my family from out of state. Eilam spent extra effort and hours to make sure that everyone was calm and comfortable during this lingering stressful period. He never made any promises other than to pass motions, motions, and more motions in court. Trust me, that is what he did and more! Eilam is a very intelligent attorney who investigates every area of the case to determine any detail that can be used in his clients favor.
My BAC level was nearly three times the legal limit and my case involved a car accident. Eilam was more than supportive with my family and I over the past 18 months he has been handling my case. Through his dedication and extensive hard work he was able to get my case dismissed. I truly feel that his passion for his work helps people through these tough times. I would not recommend you another attorney in the Tampa area. Passing multiple motions takes time, but having Eilam as your attorney is well worth the time involved. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did with my case.

Mr. Isaak was highly recommended to me by other attorneys in the area that also handled DUI cases. I didn't give Mr. Isaak anything to work with however he took my case. I was charged with a DUI and DUI property damage. I rear ended the back of a vehicle. Blew .208! I am 5'1" and about 115llb. My video should have been what NEVER to do if pulled over! Eilam was very knowledgable, professional and only involved me when required allowing me to leave things in his very capable hands. He always took my calls when available or returned them promptly. He is truly skilled and highly intelligent. Thank you Eilam for everything! My charges were dropped to Reckless Driving allowing me to stay home with my kids and resume my normal life. He is worth EVERY single penny! Every one. Don't waste your money on a sub par attorney. You might as well throw it in a trash can. I've heard many unsuccessful stories of other attorneys. Mr. Isaak is the best. I've done the research for you.

I was referred to Eilam by another attorney that had worked on my case, and wasn't able to get me the results I was hoping for. Eilam worked on my case for about 6 years. He was able to get the traffic stop completely thrown out, which is what the other attorney had argued, but didn't succeed. As I watched Eilam argue and fight for me in court I was amazed by his outstanding and compassionate performance. I knew from the first moment that I met him, he understood me, and what I was going through at that time in my life. He was always available if I needed him. I'll never forget what he did for me, he saved my life. He never gave up on my case, and I'm so thankful he didn't.

I received a DUI in May 2011. I had been drinking, but knew there was no possible way that I was a BAC of 1.87. I had had 2 drinks in a matter of 4 hours. I was arrested; my car towed and forced to spend 10 hours in Hillborough County Jail. Afterwards, I asked my family attorney to recommend someone. He said he had heard of Ty Trainer but was not familiar with his practice. I contacted their office and set up an appointment. I was not able to meet with Mr Trayner personally but was shuffled to his partner. He said that it looked like it would be an easy process and they would help me thru it and would contact me once they reviewed the case. I never heard anything. They immediately wanted a retainer of $3000.00. As my case came closer and closer to being presented in front of the judge, I started to do research on my own. I found that the machine I was tested on was faulty and had been having problems for days and was totally shut down the next day and sent for repairs. (of course HCSO never notified anyone of this) I made copies of everything and faxed them to my attorney asking him to please call me back ASAP (this was a Friday and my appearance was the following Monday in Court) I never heard anything. When I showed up for court, My Trayner was very unorganized, was not familiar with my case at all and even called me by the wrong name. (twice) Needless to say, I was very scared that I was being railroaded and not represented. When I went over the papers on the machine, and medical records that would explain the roadside test, he told me there was no chance that I was right. I should accept what the court was going to give and move forward with my life. I flat out refused. He said there was NO POSSIBLE way I would get it reduced or dismissed. I told him I would not accept a DUI and did not understand why he was not listening to me. This all happened in less than 10 min while court was going on. (it was my 1st and only conversation with my attorney) I was very upset and did not understand why my attorney wasn’t taking this seriously and fighting for me. When he said that he would take it to trial if I insisted, all he wanted before I left the court was a payment of $5000.00. When I was called in front of the judge, I dismissed him immediately as my attorney and asked the judge for a continuance for me to have another represent me. Less than a week later I hired Eilam Isaak from Tampa FL. His fees were more than acceptable, I trusted him immediately. He was not rushing me and was truely involved with the meeting and situaton. He was so interested in every aspect of the case, he was informative, only dealt one on one with me and was very impressed with the information I had already pulled up to assist on my case. During the process he kept me very up to date on everything that was happening. Made sure that if I didn't need to make an appearence in court, that I knew in advance. He was an absolute pleasure to talk to at all times, even to put me at ease on the smallest details. With seemingly no effort at all, ( I'm sure for him it was) He had the BAC suppressed and the charges were reduced to reckless driving with no problems at all. He was even willing to go to trial but was unsure of the outcome due to a new judge being on the bench. There was no additional fee to go to trial either. Having been almost a year now since it had all started, I accepted the plea. I never had to go to trial. I know had I hired him 1st, I would have never lost my license for 6 months and I would have been represented fairly and thoroughly. I hope I never need him again, but Mr. Isaak would be my 1st and only choice and the 1st call that I would make. I can't thank him enough.

I had an auto accident, and 2 charges associated with that accident. Mr. Isaak was able to get my charges dropped, record expunged, and basically got my life back. He was able to accommodate my constantly changing schedule, including frequent out-of-town traveling. No matter where I was, Mr. Isaak made sure I had everything taken care of. If you're in need of representation, please do yourself a favor and contact Mr. Isaak. My entire family is grateful to him.

I retained Eilam on a DUI case and couldn't have been more than pleased with the outcome. I, like many, made the stupid mistake of drinking and driving. Eilam was quick to respond and quell my fears. He answered all the questions I had and was very informative on the process. It was a lengthy one, but he did everything to get me a satisfactory result and guide me through it all. My charges were reduced and he was an excellent advisor during the proceedings. I recommend him to anyone I know in a similar difficult position. I felt very lucky to have Eilam on my side and knew that I was in the best hands.

Words cannot even begin to express how impressed I am by the way Eilam handled my case. Living under the specter of a DUI charge for over a year was emotionally trying but Eliam's courteous nature, unflappable confidence and honest belief in my innocence helped put my nerves at ease many a time. In addition to being a consummate professional in consultations, Eilam is also immensely talented inside the court room. His quick thinking and vast knowledge of current case law allowed him to run circles around the prosecutorial team and ultimately led to my charges being dismissed after just the first motion hearing. Thank you, Eilam! I remain forever indebted to you!

Words cannot begin to describe my appreciation for Mr. Isaak's efforts in resolving my case with outstanding results. I was facing my third DUI with some unique circumstances which I believe no other attorney could have handled nearly as well as Mr. Isaak. I met and even retained two other attorneys, but decided to relieve them of their duties representing me when a close friend who is also an attorney recommended I should meet with Mr. Isaak before moving forward. From the first time we spoke it was a no brainer that he and only he was the right man for the job. His confidence, expertise, and professionalism reassured me that I had made the right choice in representation. What seemed to be a nightmare with no end in sight became a fresh new beginning thanks to him. It was amazing, he handled my case in a timely fashion not by rushing or cutting corners, but by using his experience and knowlege of the system to maximize efficiency. I could go on and on, but will sum up my experience by saying that anyone who finds themselves in a position where they need a DUI defense attorney would be foolish to put their fate in anyone else's hands. Needless to say my family and I are extremely grateful for his efforts and thank God every day that we were recommended to such a talented professional. With this review I hope to help others in choosing to hire Mr. Isaak to represent them and express my everlasting gratitude for his efforts regarding my case.
