I hired this attorney for a difficult probate case in Florida, whereas I am out of state. I gave him all relevant information about the case in my initial call, yet he later claimed he had no idea about these very important basic facts. This caused all assets to be seized by elder abusers who had al...ready begun their grift, and led to the loss of my entire inheritance, not to mention the further desecration of my loved one's memory. Very shocked to see reviews mentioning this attorney as "aggressive", as he was the opposite, quite impotent, in my case, and in the end withdrew from the case without even telling me, leaving me utterly flummoxed as to what to do. I guess the elder abusers now get to win, and I get left without legal representation.

I’m sure Brice is worthy of a 5 star performance review however, I will never get to experience his 5 star as he and his office said he would be calling me and did not. I just find it to be extremely rude. But I guess the Attorney profession/industry isn’t immune to the lack of etiquette and professi...onal mannerisms typically associated with customer service in the world today. Times are different and I guess gone are the days of a courtesy call letting someone know whether not you’ll accept or decline to hear someone’s case details. Too bad
