    Betty’s Answer

I agree with Mr. Bateman and suggest you consult with a few family law attorneys regarding the child support purge. The VOP is a different matter and he will either have to hire an attorney to get him in front of the Judge quicker or wait until the Judge calls him up. Most AVVO attorneys offer a free initial consultation, contact one of us today. Good luck.

    Betty’s Answer

I agree with the other attorneys. You should consult with a probate attorney and they can sit down with you and determine the course of action you need to take. Obviously, the mortgage and debt on the vehicle are not just going to go away. That is something the attorney would discuss with you. Most AVVO attorneys offer a free initial consultation. Call one of us today. Good luck.

    Betty’s Answer

No one can really answer whether this is enough or not. My suggestion is that if it has not been a year, continue with the situation and document all of the things that he is or isn't doing that violate the new parenting plan. In the meantime, you could file a Motion for Contempt on the failure to do the co-parenting classes and try to get that going. Generally speaking, unless something drastic has happened, the Court is not going to change the parenting plan if less than a year has gone by. You should go in for a consultation with a family law attorney where you can give me details to really determine if its time to request a modification. Good luck.

    Sincerely,
    B. Elaine Jones, Esq.

    Betty’s Answer

You definitely need to file a Petition for Paternity and most likely sole parental responsibility but I would have to consult with you further before making that determination. You should contact a family law attorney on Monday and get in for a consultation. Most AVVO attorneys offer a free initial consultation. Call one of us Monday. Good luck.

    Betty’s Answer

I agree with Attorney Burganova. You will have to do another Motion to Compel and I would title it Second Motion to Compel so the Court is aware how many times you have been forced to file the motion. If you don't have an attorney, I would recommend that you find one. Most AVVO attorneys offer a free initial evaluation. Call one of us today. Good luck.
