Outstanding Disability Atttormey

I submitted an iniital claim for Social Security Disability benefits in August 2012 and was subsequently denied in September. I hired Randy in October to prepare the necessary paperwork to appeal that decision. The very first attempt was approved for benefits in December. Outstanding job Randy!

Don't wait!

Mr. Zeldin was instrumental in my receiving social security benefits. There were many deadlines that needed to be met and he made sure I didn't miss any of them. I had never hired a lawyer before he took my SS case and he put me at ease. I was so naïve, I wish I had hired him from the beginning. He ...arranged to see me right away so I would not have my case dismissed, since I had only 3 days left to respond and he wrote a letter to my case manager the next day. I have referred him to a friend and I felt good about doing it and would do it again if someone asked.

Very Helpful

After being turned down by SS Disability I met with Randy. He succeeded not only in getting the disability I needed, but it was retroactive from when I first applied and was turned down. I have great respect and appreciation for Randy. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Zeldlin helped me settle a dispute with Social Security. Without him I would not have received my benefits. Thank you
