I grew up in the Finger Lakes area of Western New York about 30 miles from Rochester. After graduating from high school I attended college and played baseball. Following graduation from college I played two years of professional baseball before starting law school in Miami.

During law school and since, I have lived in Palm Beach County. When not working or tending to family matters, I still enjoy playing baseball. In 2014 my tournament team won the over 35 Roy Hobbs World Series. I also practice Tae Kwon Do and have achieved the rank of 1st degree black belt.

Excellent Attorney

Awesome, very friendly

Wonderful Service

Eviction non paying tenant
Shane helped me with an eviction of a non paying tenant in Palm Beach County Florida. He explained the eviction process and available options in detail. Shane handled everything from summons to court filings and kept me updated on the progress. Needless to say that we won the case. I would recommend and use his services again. Thanks, Wolf

Awesome Lawyer!
Attorney Farnsworth is a great lawyer. He was always easily accessible to answer any concerns I had. If he wasn't available at the time of my call he always called back the same day. He was very knowledgeable with the legal issues he handle on my behalf and I was very pleased with the settlement of my legal suit. I have been in 3 non at fault accidents and I have used Attorney Farnsworth for all 3. He as well as he office staff made me feel like I was the only client he was representing and not just another client in a load of cases. I am very appreciative to him for the hard work he has put in on my behalf even traveling 3 hours from his office attend a deposition with me. Shane is a full service lawyer with excellent litigation skills
I had a compromise residential real estate transaction that required over two years of complex legal efforts in multiple states. The case began as a civil matter that became crimmnal when it was determined that fraud was involved. Shane's attention to the many details involved and the broad number of individuals and institutions included in this case was beyond my original expectations of tHis dedication and most pleasant working stylle made the case bearable over the duration required. The case was resolved in mediation when the costs to persue reached a point beyond expected financial justice for me. I believe Shane's knowledge and step-by-step assessments lead to an acceptable conclusion..
