Was hired to help with loan modification. He charged me five hundred a month for two years, when house was forclosed he reccomended bankruptcy to save house and he charged another three thousand. He filed bankruptcy motion after title had gone back to bank so it was to late. I lost the house,I paid h...im over fifteen thousand,and now I have a bankruptcy on my credit report and I did not go bankrupt.

Horrible Horrible experience with this firm! BAD advice that potentially could have cost us, or substantially delayed our entire case. Overcharged by thousands. $5,000 for a document prepared in a few hours that was loaded with typos, and errors. (I know how long it took, as I provided the detail...s to prepare the document on the same day). Judge had his Secretary provide us case law instructing how the Lawyers advise was not accurate. Basically we paid this firm $5,000 for something that had to be completely redone.
