I initially contacted Boukzam Law on April 1, 2020 for assistance with cancelling my timeshare contract. I spoke with Natalie who was very nice and empathetic with my situation. She explained that the process could take as long as 12 to 18 months. I was okay with that as long as I didn’t have to continue making payments on the contract.
