Michelle worked to defend my son in a DUI case. Prior to this, my son had no offenses and was a hard-working college student. She worked to get his charge reduced to reckless driving and have him placed in the diversion program. Her efforts kept the DUI off his record and avoided any ramifications it... may have had on his future.

I was stopped by North Palm Beach police after leaving a restaurant. Long story short is they arrested me for DUI when I wasn't even drunk after having 3 beers over a 3 hour period. Video footage showed me sober. Unfortunately, the County seems to thrive on these arrests. Michelle vigorously defe...nded me and in the end just before trial, the prosecutor agreed they had a weak case at best and offered a a lesser charge with even less conditions than what would normally be handed down. To save money of the trial, I of course had to take it. Michelle has been very kind, understanding and supportive during and after my ordeal. I would recommend her to anyone.

Michelle was very honest with me and told me that there was a 20-50 percent chance of winning my case. Half way through it I did have to pay an additional pricey fee but it was completely worth it. Probation and a convicted reckless driving would have been a win for me considering my cases circumst...ances. But somehow she got my case completely DISMISSED! I was hesitant through out the whole thing because I never once met up with her and I thought that was odd (but then again she was my first attorney so I was clueless on how things worked). I never once had to go to court nor did I have to miss work once due to this case. Then, today, out of nowhere she called saying she had incredible news. She told me the whole thing was dismissed. I thought my case was going to drag on for another few months. But it didn't. Hire her and never doubt her. I couldn't be happier. Case dismissed :)
