We spent months trying to understand the mortgage mess, were getting more confused by the day, hearing and reading conflicting things, being jerked around by our mortgage company. Mrs. Golant listened to every word we said, then explained everything. When she was done, it all made sense. Unbelievable !
We were so glad to finally understand ! It is impossible to make good decisions when we didn't really understand why things were happening and what we can do about it. She really does know what is happening and what to do about it !!

There is no way I can say enough about this woman. The minute you meet her you understand that you are in the presence of an expert. There is truly nothing she does not know about mortgage problems, and her knowledge is obviously from her experience and not from repeating what others say. The way she analyzes the problem is amazing - she knows exactly what to ask, and found defenses and suggested strategies we never dreamed existed.
When we set out to find an attorney to help us, we didn't know where to start. We spoke to several attorneys and they sounded ok, but nothing special. There are so many attorneys out there who say they do this work, but the minute we spoke to Margery Golant, we knew she was different - she really DOES know everything there is to know about these problems. We feel so much safer knowing she is on our side ! She stands up to the mortgage company and fights for us.
We have recently seen her on TV, when she was invited to testify in front of Congress, and see and hear other attorneys coming to her for advice. We are so happy we were lucky enough to find her !
