do not hire this guy. got a refferal to aster simervitz law firm and this guy lewis hanna called back from there. he said he works with astor and would have full backing from that firm. Paid him the $15,000 he asked for and was completely dissatisfied with him. the whole time he just wanted me ...to go into his drug treatment company they own on the side. (bait and switch) to make more money of me. i got into a confrontation with a guy that was harassing me so i backhanded him by reflex on a golf course. i did not have a weapon on me. after he representing me i was hit with aggravated robbery with a lethal weapon when there was no fire arm recovered. ive been in trouble one time in my life over 20 years ago from a wall st. charge. This guy is a hack and a terrible lawyer. When i told him he was doing a terrible job he took himself off the case not returning any funds. He is a bum and should lose his license.

Mr Hanna has represented me on several occasions the first of which was for a false Assault Charge in Miami which he promptly got dropped. I have used him since for business litigation and when I had to sue an Attorney for repairs to my vehicle when he backed into me in a parking lot then refused to ...pay for repairs. He is very up front on what he can and cannot do on your behalf.
