Would recommend Mr. Eric Canter with no hesitation. Throughout the process, he made me feel extremely comfortable, and always had my best interest. He was such a kind and honest person who worked hard to make sure I was fully compensated for my injuries. His staff , especially Naomi , is just as ki...nd and helpful as he is. It was a real pleasure and im so thankful to have been referred to him.

I typically ignore lawyer ads and if you are anything like me, you never see yourself needing to call one. Low and behold - we were rear ended when a friend ran out of gas and we had to slow down to pull over. We were plowed by a car destroying the car and putting us all in the hospital. Canter and h...is team always took my calls. Always explained the good, bad, and the ugly and most importantly always made us feel like he was in control and not just being a yes man. Referred to Eric Canter, sales pitch was astounding...very believable that he cared for my injuury and situation..did not do enough research. I was informed In Writing and verbally by Eric and his assistant Naomi that All my medical bills from my Severe injury (operation) would be billed through my H...ealth Insurance first (and All my providers were In Network)..that any bills after were t be held off till end of case. My surgeon refused to bill my Health Insurance, even when I asked Eric 3 times to help me, and asked the Dr's billing dept to submit the $10000 bill to my Insurance (every other provider already submitted at this point with an average submission amount well above my Deductible, and All those providers are willing to wait, and have LOPs, just like my surgeon). It was soo bad, the Drs office told me I had to pay $5000 to the surgeon or he would not see me again,, Gulp! Uhh, yes, I was upset. Then, when I said 'my lawyer isnt present, and I dont have that kind of $, and my surgeon is In Network', I was given Another Offer! I tried to speak to Eric regarding this because it was Not the agreement in writing or verbally from day one, I was Very upset...but He ignored the situation for days, then yelled at me and dropped me as a client.. for what reason???? He re thought what he did, and decided to take the case as long as I was Nice..??!! The yelling at Me was the unprofessionalism on his part. I am the victim here, the client being represented, I can be upset...but Not Him. He would delay speaking to me about Anything regarding the surgeon's billing until After my appts with the surgeon. And, I actually heard him in the background once telling Naomi his assistant what to say to me...he failed to really start to persue Anything towards recovery for me in my situation as far as I was told anyway whenever I asked him. I was told I had to finish my medical treatments before he did Anything...which is not true. I would Not recommend this man as an attorney to my enemy. I found a new, much more informative attorney who answers my questions, is working with me, and actually representing Me.
