I had been putting off writing a will and naming guardians for my children. I knew it was something I needed to take care of but every time I thought about it I just got freaked out and told myself "another day". I'm not getting any younger and I knew the time had come when I needed to deal with this... issue. Barry came to my office and walked me through all of the areas to be addressed. He asked simple questions and after he determined what my specific needs were. He explained the entire process as we talked and he even made it a tiny bit fun when I told him the details and plans I want for my funeral. Barry made a difficult thing to think about and discuss not so terrible and when the meeting was over, I actually felt a sense of relief knowing I was doing what I needed to do to ensure my daughters will be protected if something happens to me. He could not have been nicer and he spent a lot of time with me. I never felt rushed or like he just wanted to move things along so he could get to the next appointment.
