Great experience with this firm. I received a trial loan modification from my lender through them. When i was not sure whether to take the loan modification or do a short sale on my house, Mr. Klurfeld took personal time to go over a complete strategy for me. He had a realtor out at my house w...ithin a day or 2 to give me an estimate of what the house was worth and what I could sell it for. I was provided a full write-up of the comparables, the methods used, etc. Very informative. Ultimately I decided to take the modification, but this firm goes above and beyond. Highly Recommend!

Mr. Klurfeld defended my foreclosure and got my bank to waive anything I owed on the property beyond what they sold it for.
