I recently, and very foolishly, signed a service agreement without first having it reviewed by an attorney. I knew better, of course, but wanted it quickly "off my list" so I could focus my attention back to other pressing issues. This decision came back to bite me just 2 months later when I realiz...ed the provider was not fulfilling their end of the agreement. Now I was looking at thousands of dollars in fees to terminate the agreement early. Not a great position to be in.
