I was very young when I was first arrested for a crime that I had nothing to do with or was ever involved in. I just graduated high school and then a week later was arrested and given almost 5 life sentences in charges. I was locked up and when Kelly first met me he told me he held out his hand and I shook it and he said " Shake it like you mean it" LOL. He then told me that although he was appointed to me he would treat me just the same as though I was a high paying client and he did. He came to see me every Friday and when he couldn't make it he sent his investigator to see me and to keep me informed. Kelly worked hard on my case and did everything possible to secure my freedom. A year and some months later, I was set free. It was the happiest moment of my life. I owe everything to Mr. Kelly. Without him I would not be here today. If you are looking for a lawyer that cares and works hard and has integrity then Mr. Kelly is the lawyer everyone should be hiring.

I am an Eagle Scout as well as a Life Member of both the National and the Florida Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Other memberships include: Palm Beach County Bar Association, Palm Beach Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Forum Club of the Palm Beaches, and Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.

I currently serve as President of the Board of Directors of the Comprehensive Alcoholism and Rehabilitation Program (CARP), Inc. As such, I have a unique understanding of the devastation that alcohol and other drugs inflict upon the lives of my clients.

Experienced, Ethical, and Effective Attorney

Mr. Landers helped my daughter with a complicated DUI case in Palm Beach County. We were quite concerned that she would become lost in the criminal justice system, or that the system would not be fair to her. Fantastic Criminal Lawyer & Miracle-Worker!

Kelly represented me in a second DUI offense in West Palm Beach. His calm, confident, and reassuring demeanor gave me peace of mind immediately. My first DUI had occurred in my hometown in the northeast U.S., and was not considered a criminal offense. I was a stranger to the criminal justice system, and was terrified, embarrassed, and…frankly, angry! Why me?! Kelly gave me an overview of the criminal justice process and how we would navigate it together (with him doing all the hard work). He helped me to view my legal problem in a new light – so that an overwhelming mountain of terror and remorse was broken down into manageable stepping-stones along a path to justice. He kept me updated throughout each step of the judicial process. Kelly's background in the court system, as well as his reputation among judges and other attorneys, provided me with the best possible defense. He is truly a rock star in court. His fees were more than affordable -- and well worth it!
