I was never more disappointed with legal services than with Mr. Kessler. He handled my case very casually and I did a lot of leg work. I was not happy with the number of times I had to call for updates and motivate them to resolve my case. No written retainer agreement, agreement was verbally recorde...d. I know of no other attorney practicing law in the state of Florida that doesn’t provide a client with a written retainer agreement. I was totally unimpressed and I will never use this attorney again.
