JOSH LEROY got the charge against me DISMISSED!

I contacted several attorneys after receiving a citation for Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, which is a criminal misdemeanor. Four lawyers contacted me back. Of those, one of them refused to represent me. Another told me that I didn't have much of a case and that I should take a plea deal. The third ...was a smooth talker who was confident he could get my case dismissed, but charged much more than I could afford. The fourth was Josh LeRoy. He let me know from the start that he was completely on my side and was almost certain he could get my case dismissed. His rate was half that of the other's. I was not sure who to trust, but I am so glad I chose Josh LeRoy. He is not a long-winded salesman who boasts about his previous cases like most attorneys. He told me my options and gave me a fair price. He let me know what to expect and that he would fight for the best possible outcome. My wife was very worried about the charge against me, but Josh reassured us that he would take care of everything, and he did. Two days before the scheduled court date, Josh contacted me to inform me that the charge had been dismissed! I am SO THANKFUL for my lawyer, Josh LeRoy! He did exactly what he said he would do, and for a reasonable amount. He kept me informed and handled everything. All of our contact was over the phone and through email. I never had to meet anyone or appear in court, which is great, although I could shake his hand and tell him thank you in person. I would recommend Josh to anyone who needs a great attorney, but doesn't want to pay through the nose for high-quality services. I hope I will never need a criminal defense attorney again, but if I ever do, Josh LeRoy will be my first choice.

fantastic results

I hired Mr LeRoy to handle my citation that I received from pbso. I am a cdl holder and couldn't afford to have points on my license, he had to go well above and beyond on my ticket since my company accidentally paid it and plead me guilty. Communication between not only his assistant but LeRoy himse...lf I am very pleased to say that he kept the points off my license and out of traffic school. I highly recommend him to everyone I know and if ever in any trouble again he will be ty e first person I call.

Never gave up.

From the beginning I thought my case was hopeless. Josh had me come in his office explained the good the bad and the ugly about my case. Instructed me on what to do and what my options were. He was persistent on helping me get through this and to help turn my life around. He never seemed like it wasn...'t going to work out and kept high moral the whole time. On what seemed to be impossible to get through he managed to get me the minimum and helped reconstruct my way of being and now I am a different person. I highly recommend him for any situation that may seem unmanageable. He has a good heart and really cares about his cases . I'll always be grateful for my new chance.

Best traffic attorney in West Palm Beach

Mr.Leroy was hired for a traffic ticket. He was very attentive and was honest about possible outcomes and communicated with me throughout the process. He got my case dismissed with no points or traffic school. I recommend him and would use his services again if needed. He was very affordable.
