We had major under the house pipe rusting and holes for water supplies to and from the house. (House is over 60 years old). We have excellent home insurance BUT, it only covered for water damage inside the house and not "old age repair/replacement." We found out this is common practice with insurance... companies. After a bill from the plumbing contractor, around 10k, the insurance only reinbursed us around $2,500. Mr. Desir Jr. got us almost all of the rest of the monies we had paid out! We were pleasantly surprised to say the least. Plus, very little paper work was required, we had plenty of insurance emails, photos etc to send to Mr. Desir. Thanks again!
