Great law firm

I acquired the services of Leah Mayersohn law regarding some funds that were left in escrow at the time of closing due to some open permits that were not dealt with by seller before our closing day. The seller and I had ageed on terms on the day we closed that the seller would handle and close open... permits on the property within a certain time frame and under certain circumstances that were explained in the escrow agreement contract . The Seller failed to comply with escrow agreement terms in timely manner and refused to released funds in escrow per our contract agreement. Leah Mayersohn reviewed my case and was able to get funds released to me after the seller refused to abide by contract agreement.
