Security Deposit

First and foremost, when searching for an attorney to contact during a security deposit dispute with an ex-landlord, I had contacted about three or four of them and had to leave messages with the receptionist to not even receive a call back. I came across Jonathan's information and decided to try on...e more. I was surprised that my phone call actually led me directly to him. How many times do you actually get an attorney on the phone with you? With Jonathan you will! Our first phone call lasted 30 minutes discussing the laws and what procedures needed to take place! My ex-landlord began by saying he wanted to deduct $500 from my $1800 security deposit because he would need to clean the AC coils and ducts. When I refused this, he then sent an email with a laundry list of things he was deducting for that would bring me a refund of only $895! I had spent weeks prior to this painting the entire house and getting down on my hands and knees cleaning the grout! To say the least, I was furious! I sent Jonathan my lease agreement and he instructed me on how to proceed! He was always there for me whenever a question would arise. Fortunately, his instructions worked and my landlord realized that I was serious about taking him to court and it didn't go that far. He refunded me $1750 of the $1800 and the $50 deduction was for reasonable things. If ever you're in a bind and need an attorney that you can actually get on the phone and communicate with - contact Jonathan - you won't regret it!

Great Attorney!

Jon through aggressive litigation was able to get my aunt’s foreclosure case dismissed! We had a prior attorney that screwed up and consented to judgment. Jon was able to undo our prior counsel’s mess and got the case dismissed! He is very professional, always communicates with us, and through aggres...sive litigation got it done. Foreclosure, Attorney Benjamin helped save my home!

I've had a very stressful and complex case involving a foreclosure since 2009 and a modification that was not being honored. I've had other lawyers involved on the case & they were unable to solve the case except buy me more time.
