I don't really write reviews but when I do it's because I feel passionate enough to tell others my experience. My family and I ended up in an ordeal and had no clue as to what or where to turn. By the grace of god we came into contact with Mr. Jonathan Benjamin. The way he handled the plaintiff's att...orney was AMAZING, had him shaking at the knees. I could not contain myself .Words can't describe how incredible this guy is.If I hadn't already completed my major,the way this guy handled himself honestly have me thinking of becoming an attorney. He made what seemed impossible possible and for that I say thank you .If I had one call to make you better believe Jonathan will be one of them. Please hire him and I swear you will not regret it.

Great Experience

Mr. Benjamin was able to aggressively negotiate a steep reduction in our debt and prevent the creditor from obtaining a judgement. He was very professional and maintained communication throughout the process, which we greatly appreciated during such a stressful time. BEST ATTORNEY TO FIGHT FORECLOSURE!!!

Best attorney to fight foreclosure. I interviewed a lot of attorneys and most just want to do modifications no matter what defenses you have in your case. Jonathan is one of the very few attorneys that will look at your case and fight the bank. I hired Jon in December 2018 after my first attorney. He... is very knowledgeable, very pleasant personality and has a lot of patience to explain and answer questions. I'm extremely happy with him and recommend him to anyone that wants to fight the bank/lender. Being my case is still open I can't release any info at this moment, I will add more info later.
