Highly Recommend for Credit Card Cases

Very professional, lightning fast response time, great results!

Jonathan Benjamin (Benjamin Law Practice, PLLC) was extremely helpful and forthcoming when it came to my case. It was very last minute, but he came through for me in more ways than one. I was very impressed with his response time, how courteous he was every time we communicated, and with how honest h...e was with me during the entire process. He was answering questions I had late into the evening on pressing matters when I know he could of waited until the next business day. I cannot recommend Jonathan enough. If you are debating on hiring an attorney or have questions about a particular case and want straight forwards answers, Jonathan is the right man for the job. I had 'robocalls' for well over a year, it was confusing and stressful but Jonathan assured me of what could be done legally to protect myself. The case was settled for a substantial sum less. I am very thankful I was pointed in his direction and couldn't recommend him enough.

Best attorney I ever worked with

Jon Benjamin is the best attorney I’ve ever worked with on any case. Prior to retaining him as my attorney, I spoke to dozens of other attorneys regarding my case. The difference was clear. I would give 10 stars if possible!

Mr. Benjamin at Benjamin Law Practice, PLLC was very professional, always responded to me, and was able to walk me through the entire process and due to his aggressive litigation, was able to get the credit card suit dismissed! Any time I had a question or concern, he took the time to explain it all ...to me. Through his litigation, he ended up saving me a lot of money and put my worries to rest. I can’t thank him enough!
