I'm a small MSP (6 employees, 2 locations, one in Orlando, one in Cleveland), offering infrastructure as a service and some BDR services to my customers. I needed an attorney to review my current contracts, and write up some new ones.
I heard him speak at a Microsoft Partner Summit meeting years ago, and then again at ConnectWise's IT Summit in Orlando in 2010. This guy understands managed service providers like no one else outside of the industry. A lawyer who can talk about HaaS or IaaS? Are you kidding? I could not believe it...until I retained him. He knows what he's doing, in a field where so many others don't. He's the guru of MSP contracts, and i don't make a move without calling him first.
Maybe the best recommendation I could offer you is this: last year I brought him in to speak at a networking group of MSPs in the mid-west, and i'm already getting requests to bring him back. Not an easy group to impress. He did a really good job.
I'm the founding partner of the Law Office of Bradley Gross, P.A. My practice is devoted to representing technology and intellectual property companies throughout the country. Online media, emerging technologies, and intellectual property transactions comprise the bulk of my practice.
I've been involved in the technology industry in one form or another for 42 years--either as a programmer (starting at age 10), or a prosecutor of high-tech crimes (I founded the Internet & Computer Crimes Division of the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office), or in private practice, representing technology companies across the country.

"Brad Gross is a lawyer's lawyer. His expertise in managed service agreements places him first among Miami and Broward lawyers and among an extremely small handful of lawyers around the country who specialize in emerging technology issues. His skill is beyond comparison and I would recommend him without a second's hesitation."

"If you know Brad and you know what he does for a living, you would say it figures. Brad Gross is a transactional lawyer concentrating his practice in technology transactions. Yes, Brad is an exceptionally talented transactional lawyer, but there are many of those. What sets Brad apart is the fact he is a technology junky. He doesn't learn this stuff because it is his job, he is honestly loves that stuff. He needs to know about the latest technology. Not just how that technology works, but the relationships between the people who provide it and the process that takes it from design to consumer. I have had the pleasure of working together with Brad and I can tell you from first hand knowledge he is conscientious and effective. I am happy to endorse Brad Gross."
