Perfectly met our legal needs

We hired Robert W. Murphy to write a demand letter requesting the return of a large deposit we had with a RV dealer. Mr. Murphy promptly responded to my request for consultation, dealt with me personally, and expeditiously wrote and sent the letter. We felt we were taken seriously by the RV dealer... and got the result we wanted. Mr. Murphy is a highly knowledgeable and well-known consumer protection litigator. Thankfully, we had a successful outcome without the need for litigation; however, we felt confident that he would have best served our needs in that regard, too.

Absolute professional

We,as humans, find ourselves enduring hardships throughout our lives. One such hardship for me was the purchase of a pwc from a dealership. The deal went array almost immediately and I was left taken back and overwhelmed by the busines's conduct and lack of professionalism. In my situation, I gave th...e dealership 6 months to right the wrong but they knew exactly how to prolong the process in the absence of legal representation. For my part, I kept every record I could pertaining to the case. I also remained honest with Mr. Murphy even when it didn’t feel like it was beneficial. He deserves honesty. In comes Mr. Murphy, whom is an absolute professional in everything he does. He is a straight shooter who uses all the facts and copious amounts of research coupled with his astute understanding of consumer law to rectify the situation.(read his curriculum vitae). He teaches consumer law at the University of Florida. In my case, I was up against big cooperate lawyers. They knew who he was and had a profound respect for his interpretation of the law. It felt as though that there’s a great chance that many lawyers practicing law in the southeast may have been directly or indirectly under his tutelage. When dealing with Mr. Murphy, he is direct and very mindful of your time. Lastly, the most comforting part of my business relation with him is that he maintained an open line of communication directly to him. (You talk to him..not a legal aid or paralegal) Because of his commitment to that, my anxiety and stress levels were as low as I could have ever asked for. Furthermore, I was able to maintain a clear communication of my expectations throughout every step of the process. Mr. Murphy, thank you! Go Gators!

Amazing Consumer Advocate

Attorney Robert Murphy did an amazing and quick job saving me from myself after I had made a purchase I should not have. After realizing my mistake, I emailed many attorneys. Mr. Murphy responded quickly and was the only attorney who responded to my pleas for help. After I sent him back up paperwork ...he very quickly wrote an appropriately strong letter to the seller and I was let out of my deal. Within 2 days after contacting him, it was all over. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is extremely professional and to the point. He does not waste time on chit chat so I encourage anyone who contacts him to be direct, have all paperwork ready to scan or deliver to him and have questions ready. He moves quickly to resolve issues. On another note I work for a large law firm and I have not met an attorney of his caliber in a long time. If you have a consumer related issue, I would definitely contact him for a fast evaluation.

Mr. Murphy Goes Above and Beyond. I Highly Recommend!

Mr. Murphy spent more than 30 minutes with me, a prospective client, and educated me on debt collectors. He didn't have to spend so much time doing so, but this good man did. And I commend him. I was able to write the necessary letters to credit-reporting agencies, thanks to Mr. Murphy's excellent ad...vice. I highly recommend him and his legal services.
