    A lawyer who promises outcome is breaking an ethical rule, and impossible to completely control what the state or judge does. I would hesitate to trust a lawyer who makes promises

  • If I'm on the Back on Track Program for a DUI and get a ticket for driving with a suspended license, will they take away BOT?

    Will they kick me out of the BOT program if I get a ticket for driving with a suspended license. The ticket is in violation of statute 322.34? Please let me know. Thanks

    They might kick you out of BOT, let your lawyer know what happened your best shot is getting your license reinstated and bring that to court. Was there an accident involved in your DWLS? If not you might be able to get the new charge dropped.

    Your spouses options depend on his priors, bond status, did he violate his pretrial release is he unable to post bond, if so has he filed for a bond reduction, what county is it in?

    I received a DUI in Hernando Co. But living in Brevard. Can I complete all required classes ,evaluations and probation in the County I live since there is a 3 hour trip from each other, and I cannot drive.

    If your represented by counsel, have him or her petition the court to allow you to report mail. If unrepresented write the judge asking for mail in probation if your probation officer cant do it for you.

    Thats a jury question unless your lawyer can convince the state to drop the charge, have grandmother do a notarized affidavit and give it to a defense attorney
