An Amazing and Caring Attorney!!

Recently, I was up for deportation. Attorney Sofia was able to get a cancellation of removal and had my permanent residence status restored. I usually do not give reviews, but not doing so in this case would be an injustice. Attorney Sofia is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of immigration and... criminal laws. Most immigration lawyers are not criminal lawyers, but because she practices in both areas, she has a unique style and knowledge of defending her clients. Sadly, most attorneys’ clients are just a name and number, another case file; however, Attorney Sofia treated me as a person. She was unbelievably thorough and left no stones unturned. She knew everything about my case and asked for every documentations needed that would help in my situation. I have yet to meet an attorney with her thoroughness. There are not enough words to describe my gratitude for how vigorously she fought on my behalf. I truly believe that this amazing outcome was as a result of her heart and passion for her clients. Many are called, but few are chosen; Attorney Sofia is one of the few chosen to truly defend the immigrants of this country. I believe her success lies in the fact that she really cares and loves humanity. These qualities cannot be acquired through law school, but can come only from the heart. Without hesitation, I one hundred percent recommend Attorney Sofia to anyone who has an immigration issue.

The Best!!!

Ms. Sofia was referred to me by a friend after dealing with another attorney that I was not confident with handling my immigration case. She was very informative in telling me what the process would intel and what I would need to provide. She keep me updated in the process and let me know what to exp...ect. The overall outcome is that she did everything possible in her power to win my case... and we did. Thank you so much Fairuze!

orough, Knowledgeable, Understanding, Compassionate

In our first meeting with Ms. Sofia she was very thorough explaining of the process that will happen in our immigration case. We felt confident that she knew the law and process well. She gave us a list of all papers and documentation that would be needed to be gathered up and presented us with quest...ions whose answers helped her to assess what else may be needed to bolster our case. Once we gathered the papers she met with us to review the papers we gathered and told us what else was still needed. She followed up on every phone call and every question we had. Prior to the interview with the immigration officer, we met and she reviewed the documentation again as well as specific and possible questions that would be asked of us. She was honest in telling us possible outcomes. She confirmed with us the date and time of the interview. She attended the immigration interview with us giving us a sense of security that our attorney was by our side in case a situation presented itself that may have required her advice. Due to her diligent work, all went well and our petition was approved. She then explained to us what would be happening in two years’ time, what we needed to do during those two years and that she would contact us three months prior to the two-year secondary review by immigration to schedule a meeting to make sure all further needed documentation was in order. We highly recommend Ms. Sofia.

Excellent Attorney

Fairuze Sofia is an extremely intelligent and organized professional. I have had to retain different attorney's in my life for different things, such as a divorce and probate. Each time it was a nightmare that dragged on for years and cost me thousands of dollars. When I needed to hire an attorney re...cently for some immigration matters, Ms. Sofia was recommended. She was a dream come true. She is very reliable and responded to my inquiries in a timely matter. She was able to navigate through the difficult and confusing court process both efficiently and effectively. She is a master of her specialties and will not let you down. She truly cares about her cases and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is both fair and reasonable and I do not think I could think of anyone else I would ever call for criminal or immigration matters.
