I have been working extensively with Seth Lehrman as co-counsel on many class action cases involving unsolicited junk faxes, which violate a federal statute, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Mr. Lehrman brings to the table not only a lot of class-action and litigation experience, but he is extremely responsive and a good guy as well.
