I cannot in good faith recommend this law firm or Sam Coffey as an attorney. I had a horrible experience working with him and this firm. His staff was inept and extremely unprofessional especially his secretary who said she would send my records but never did. it took 2 years and Sam himself to s...end them which is against the Bar association rules and regulations. I do not believe this firm or Sam truly cared about my personal well being as I went thru my surgeries. He did not respect my wishes thru my mediation and ultimately gave me bad legal advice pertaining to my second case. I believe he is only interested in money and only cares in million dollar plus cases and not in us handicapped individuals who suffer with our lesser sum cases. I am thankful I have found other representation that respects me and cares about my well-being. My hope in writing this review is that you will not have to go through what I went though and if I can help one individual then this would not have been in vain.

I have so much to say but so little space to say it. Sam was a referral. He flew from Lauderdale, came to my hospital room in Ocala and listened patiently to my story. At that point I had been in a coma due to a "mild" brain bleed, which resulted in withholding my blood thinner medication, which r...esulted in the amputation of one leg. On top of all this was a stack of bills and documents I was to deal with My head was spinning. When Sam left my room he took all took all the bills, documents and more important all my worries. I never had to look back on the legal matter. He and his right hands, Alex and Sandy handled and continue to handle everything for me to my complete satisfaction. As a result I have been able to concentrate on learning to walk again with the prosthetic and a walker, at this point. I am now independent again. The case has settled and Sam, Alex and Sandy continue to clear up the loose ends. I would highly recommend Samuel Aaron Coffey and Company to anyone in need of an honest, kind, gently and hardworking man that happens to be one heck of an Attorney, with a staff that goes beyond the meaning of helpful.
