Mrs. Dimaggio and her entire team are a blessing!

Mrs. Dimaggio and Team have assisted my family twice in the last 15 years. In very difficult circumstances they bring kind and encouraging professionalism. I would use this practice again and again. Thank you for all you have done for my son and I over the years, we are forever grateful.

Custody of child awarded to Father

Julie DiMaggio has had such a tremendous impact on my life. Because of her, I was granted custody of my child; she fought for us from the very first conversation we had all the way up to the final hearing and beyond. I've had some negative experiences with lawyers in the past. They were all smile...s in the beginning, quick to bill, hard to reach and difficult to have a conversation with. By the time I was referred to Julie, I was so jaded that I figured all lawyers were cut from the same cloth. Boy was I wrong! She quickly mobilized and got the wheels spinning on my case. For example, there was a situation that arose in which my child's mother scheduled a medical procedure for our child without my consent. Julie immediately contacted the mother's lawyer to stop it. She championed my cause, believed in me and when it came to the final hearing, she went out and methodically presented our case. I was very impressed by her staff as well. In particular Meeghan Moldof who also had a major role in the case, provided the support needed. It has now been over year since the final hearing. My child is thriving academically, socially and emotionally. I knew it was going to be an uphill battle for me, as a father, to have custody of my son. But it happened! Julie made it happen. I am forever thankful for that.

Excellent, Professional, Family-Focused Attorney

I hired Julie to handle my divorce. I spoke to two other attorney's before meeting/hiring Julie and she stood out from the rest. She is realistic in managing expectations, thorough in explaining implications of Florida family law, and helpful in guiding down a path that was ultimately in the best i...nterest of myself and my two children (ages 10 & 12). I would recommend Julie.

Julie DiMaggio is an outstanding family attorney. She is responsive, thorough, and creative in her advice, and she is also genuinely collegial with others. She provide thoughtful, thorough, and, most importantly, practical legal advice regarding a broad range of benefit law issues. She listens caref...ully to client questions and comments, and she responds quickly and precisely to analysis and guidance aimed directly at the point. I have found her to be extremely efficient. She is not only smart and well connected; she is very helpful and responsive as well.
