Jennifer Waterway is a civil litigator turned family lawyer who concentrates her practice on marital and family law and related litigation. Ms. Waterway has extensive litigation experience, particularly handling family law matters, having focused her practice on family law for several years. She worked with a highly respected Boca Raton law firm for many years prior to starting her own practice where she litigated highly contested family, probate, and guardianship matters at all stages of proceedings, including trial and appeals. Before that she worked with high-powered South Florida law firms including Akerman Senterfitt representing sophisticated corporate clients in product liability, mass tort, and commercial matters in state and federal courts across the country. Clients included manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, heavy construction equipment, luxury yachts, and other high-profile products, providing Ms. Waterway with aggressive, extensive litigation and courtroom training and experience. Prior to working in the private sector, she served as a judicial law clerk at the Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach, Florida, handling civil, criminal, and family law appeals.
