I met Herb about 15 years ago. He was recommended by an attorney friend of mine. I have used Herb for four different cases. Three he won for me and is working on the fourth now. Will let you know. Attorneys practice law but I think Herb is at the stage of mastering law. I know when I see him smile ...its going to cost. Every time I spend a dollar on him I feel like I get a $1.75 of value.
