He is a reasonable thinker that truly cares about his client's outcome. He doesn't simply pass his client th...rough the legal system. He clearly knows the legal system's processes and acts only in a manner that will be the most beneficial to his client. This even under difficult or seemingly overwhelming circumstances. He doesn't promise what he cannot do (but) he does exactly what he promises.
