The secretary who answered the phone was VERY nice, professional and understanding. I was pleased to get a morning appointment on the following Saturday. When we got to the office, it was a nice, family type atmosphere. Debbie came out and introduced herself. She even had a little conversation with my son. She made my husband and I feel very comfortable. Not too long after, Chad himself, walked out, greeted us and directed us to his office. Meeting with Chad, he first listened to why I was there, and then he explained what bankruptcy is and if bankruptcy is not for my situation, then he will find another solution to help me. He answered ALL of my questions, and seemed very knowledgeable about it. My husband and I were so pleased, that we decided to move forward with having the law firm look into our situation.
