Reliable and quick

I had a great experience with Juan! He helped me with my ticket in a timely manner. At the end, my ticket got dismissed.!

My go-to!

I’ve contacted Juan on several occasions, one even happened to be the same ticket twice! (Thanks red light cam) every time I’ve contacted him he has been incredibly attentive and responsive, while consistently keeping me in the loop as I received follow-ups from the city so I would feel reassured tha...t it was being taken care of and that the follow ups were just notices. He even replied to me while on a cruise! He’s really THAT available. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Great experience!

My husband got a red light ticket in the mail and we reached out to juan to see how he could help us. Juan answered immediately, was completely transparent, kept us updated throughout, and got the ticket dismissed! It was an overall easy and great experience. We highly recommend him!
