Very Helpful Staff!!!

I initially called to ask if the firm took Hyatt/Met life Legal Plans and was informed they didn’t. I thanked, but then was asked what kind of help did I need. To my surprise I was transferred to Mr. Klitzner! He was so informative and knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain to me step b...y step on what to do and didn’t try to rush me off the phone! I thanked for all his help! I then rushed to the website to leave this review, bc he didn’t have to do that. Now I have a better direction and understanding on what to do regarding my backed taxes!!!

From the very first meeting, he and his attorneys took the time to meet with me personally. They listened to every aspect of my predicament and presented me... with viable solutions to my particular situation. At every step, they took the time to explain the process in detail. Whenever I had any question, they answered it clearly and have demonstrated great kindness, patience, and overall professionalism. Best of all, I settled with the IRS for approximately 10% of what was owed! Needless to say, I am very pleased with the service.
