Knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough

I scheduled a consultation with Steven’s office to discuss some tax concerns. I was connected with Josh, who immediately impressed me with his extensive knowledge and expertise in this field. He took the time to thoroughly address all my questions and concerns. He evaluated my options by determining ...if it was in my best interest to hire their firm or handle any issues on my own. I greatly appreciated this approach, as it demonstrated that the firm is genuinely looking out for their clients' best interests rather than just focusing on retaining clients. Josh also clearly explained various options, making them easy to understand. His in-depth knowledge in the tax field gives me great confidence that if I need to hire their services in the future, I will not hesitate to do so.

Very Helpful Staff!!!

I initially called to ask if the firm took Hyatt/Met life Legal Plans and was informed they didn’t. I thanked, but then was asked what kind of help did I need. To my surprise I was transferred to Mr. Klitzner! He was so informative and knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain to me step b...y step on what to do and didn’t try to rush me off the phone! I thanked for all his help! I then rushed to the website to leave this review, bc he didn’t have to do that. Now I have a better direction and understanding on what to do regarding my backed taxes!!!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!

Steve, Ben, and the team were excellent in the handling of my IRS case. Through his wealth of experience, Steve was able to plan the correct strategy that best fit my case. Steve and Ben were in constant communication with me and were extremely attentive, personable, and detailed in their explanation... of what was occurring throughout the course of the case.
