Melissa Groisman

Founded by attorney Melissa Groisman in 2018, MGLPA provides concierge-style legal services related to real estate closings and corporate transactions. She is known for her approachability, responsiveness, proactive approach to deal making, and ability to mediate difficult situations.

Through the years, Melissa has handled many residential and complex commercial real estate transactions, the development of condominium projects, and commercial leasing matters. She has experience in general contract disputes, real estate purchase and sale disputes, construction defect claims on behalf of residential and commercial owners and contractors, corporate dissolutions, probate and trust administration and litigation, and residential and commercial evictions.

Melissa’s clients range from first-time home buyers, to international real estate investors, to local developers, realtors, and business people, but no matter the size of the deal or the experience level of the client, she treats each transaction and case with extreme care, diligence, and attention.

Melissa is a native Spanish speaker and conversationally fluent in Hebrew and French. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, her Masters in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Scholar.
