Standard low level of service found in Miami

Post consultation, we wanted to hire Lizette but her staff completely dropped the ball. We called, spoke to office, they are busy asked for call back....called, spoke to office, they are busy asked for call back......called, spoke to office, they are busy asked for call back.......called, spoke to of...fice, they are busy asked for call back.......called, spoke to office, they are busy asked for call back... Guess what, the NEVER called us back. Can you imagine if we actually hired them and paid them, what level of service would we get after we gave them our money?

This is unusual as I take pride in my prompt responses to clients and potential clients. I am always available to respond to any questions, concerns or scheduling of appointments either for consultation or execution of contract via my email which is readily available on my web page and business card.
