Immigration Expert

Lizette suggested a little known solution for our situation. We were seeking a way to adopt an abandoned undocumented child, time was of the essence due to his advanced age. Her experience allowed us to proceed with legal custody, then an adjustment in status, which gave him a green card. After those... steps, adoption became very easy. I feel that not only did she help us gain a son, but she saved a life as well, as the minor could have been deported upon reaching the next birthday.

Standard low level of service found in Miami

Post consultation, we wanted to hire Lizette but her staff completely dropped the ball. We called, spoke to office, they are busy asked for call back....called, spoke to office, they are busy asked for call back......called, spoke to office, they are busy asked for call back.......called, spoke to of...fice, they are busy asked for call back.......called, spoke to office, they are busy asked for call back... Guess what, the NEVER called us back. Can you imagine if we actually hired them and paid them, what level of service would we get after we gave them our money?

This is unusual as I take pride in my prompt responses to clients and potential clients. I am always available to respond to any questions, concerns or scheduling of appointments either for consultation or execution of contract via my email which is readily available on my web page and business card. I sincerely regret the experience you had and will try to verify what occurred as I do not have your name in order to contact you directly. I wish you luck with your immigration matter.

office does not return calls, late for immigration appointment

We paid Ms. Sierra's office $1,500 for a straightforward application for a work permit and a green card after our legitimate marriage. We had to travel abroad in the meantime and had some questions regarding whether we could travel and for how long while my wife held her temporary work authorization.... Her office did not return any of our calls for weeks, so we ended up traveling abroad and fearing that my wife might not be allowed back in the US. The only call we received from her office was to remind us about our outstanding balance months before our immigration interview was held, even though we had previously agreed not to pay that balance until we had our immigration interview. On the day of our immigration interview, Ms. Sierra arrived 30 minutes late for our appointment with an immigration officer, Fortunately, appointments were running late that day. When I called, her office was rude and unapologetic about her tardiness. We got our green card in a very fast, 10-minute interview thanks to my wife's careful preparation of all documents and bona fide materials. The $1,500 fee seems very excessive for just the clerical work involved in preparing the application, and for the two very brief meetings that we had with her, which is really all her office did for us.

It is unfortunate you do not appreciate the positive results that we were able to obtain for you. Please note that we gave you a detailed preparation for your interview and for that reason your wife knew exactly what documents to prepare and have on hand for the interview. You also know that I was on time for your interview; as always, I do not stand in line for check in with clients. I wish you luck and success and congratulate your wife on her newly granted lawful permanent residency.
