I was charged with possession of crack cocaine, and it was not my first drug charge either. We were in a very very very complex situation. A family feud of sorts that somehow managed to find the criminal court system. All the discovery was stacked in a way to paint a different picture than what really happened and the penalties for those accusations were very very serious. Prosecutor menti...oned 10+ years in one of his offers. I do not want to get into the specifics but we had allot of explaining to do.
