I was severely injured in June 2020 by a fall in a hospital over a bench that was not visible from the turn in the hallway. I was working with th...eir local attorney and was pleased with our discussions The local attorney was to handle the personal injury portion of the incidents and they were to review the medical care as it took 3 ED visits and 2 hospitalizations to handle the injuries suffered in the same facility where I was injured I had 3 fractured ribs, an 8 inch tear in the intracostal cartilage, a head injury, wrist injury and in the 2 hospitalizations 3 liters of blood surgically extracted from my chest cavity plus a 19cm hematoma that was dissolved. The diagnoses were acute kidney failure and acute respiratory failure due to large effusions in both lungs caused by the fall. Additionally, after 2 months, I’m still on oxygen 24 hours a day. Last night, a Friday night at 8:30pm, I received a call from an assistant at the headquarters office in Miami.
