I asked a simple question and Mark not only answered my question effectively but also e mailed another attorney in my area who reached out to me without me ever calling them. I though that this was fantastic that he would do thid for me.

Not only has Attorney Zientz been a very competent adversary, he has also handled several workers' compensation appellate cases in the State of Florida, which have shaped the workers' compensation practice for the entire Bar. Attorney Zientz is intelligent, forthright and an excellent advocate for his clients.

Attorney Zientz began working on a workers' comp/personal injury case regarding my husband's death in Tallahassee,FL. He was very responsive in gathering the proper documentation to forward to the proper legal firms to handle the case. He followed through with workers' comp in NC (state of residence), working closely with a NC attorney, so that I was able to pursue the lawsuit in Tallahassee.
Clifford Mermell, Workers compensation Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I endorse this lawyer. He is well known in the community as a tenacious workers' compensation lawyer and an excellent appellate specialist. He has a vast knowledge of the workers' compensation law and puts that knowledge to work for his clients every day.
