I consulted with Jeffrey many years back regarding a complex matter with my then girlfriend on Key Biscayne which resulted with me being arrested and subsequently charged with multiple felony's. Utmost Professionalism

I personally hired Mr. Weiner and Ms. Annabelle Nahra to handle my drug conspiracy case. I was looking at a lot of time but with their help I was blessed with a lenient sentence of 30 months. Not only did they help with my case, but after release they continue to show why they are the best in the bus...iness by continuing to help with my drivers license and probation issues with great concern. Great lawyer, saved my life.

Probably the best lawyer in Miami! During my research his name came up several times and I was very impressed with the fact that he argued in front of the Supreme Court. He has amazing experience and a great reputation, I would recommend him to anyone in search of a lawyer.

How do you turn 30 years into 8? Hire Jeffrey Weiner…

I am a white-collar felon originally looking at 30 years and restitution well over a hundred million dollars. Today was my sentencing just a few short hours ago. I walked out of the courtroom (because I was allowed to self-surrender unlike my codefendants) with 97 months (about a month longer than 8 ...years). But, that’s not the best part. After a year and a half spent on my case Jeffrey Weiner, Annabelle Nahra and Diego Weiner have made me a much better man. It was explained to me when my Pre Sentence Investigation came back with a recommendation of 210 months (after a plea agreement) that I would also be going in front of the toughest Judge in not only Florida but throughout the Federal System. I lived in constant fear terrified that I would spend the rest of my life behind bars. My attorneys fought for me like I was a family member. I have been amazed at the sheer amount of dedication I was provided. Jeffrey actually went to law school with my Prosecutor. Annabelle arguing during my behalf in the sentencing hearing knew me more intimately than my own wife or mother. Fearlessly attacking legal arguments levied against me by the government she humanized me and forced the court to view me not only for my crimes. Diego provided me clear and concise insight on how best to deal with my ultimate sentence. On both the opening and the closing arguments the Judge even went out of his way during my sentencing to mention how highly respected the Jeffrey S. Weiner Law Firm and their associated attorneys were. I have received an outcome better than I could imagine in my wildest dreams. More importantly I have learned from them how to be a better man. One that will never find himself in another court room. I have made life long friends to whom I was so much more than just a case.

"The Best Out There!!! Case Closed!!!"

I must say, what a great experience I had with the team at Law Offices of Jeffrey Weiner! From the start of our consultation to the final sealing of my case, I, one hundred and 10 percent had and still have the confidence that they had my best interest at heart. Even though, I was distraught had it b...eing my first offense with 2 felonies in the legal system, I somehow felt at home as their genuinity and compassion for my situation had me at ease. That said, every member of Mr. Weiner's establishment ( I can now call family thru all this) is /are very knowledgable, reliable, trustworthy, resourceful, capable, proficient and very competent in this sensitive, high level field of expertise....more than anything, "They get the job done!!! Case Closed!" Would highly recommend them to anyone I know or who ever gets a chance to read this!
