Received a principal reduction of $286,454.00 previous payments were $3,017.38 (Principal, Interest, taxes & Insurance) and my new payment amount is $2,539.45. Total saving of $447.93 a month.

Ian very happy with their work, Jessica and Silvia Fresneda are excellent workers and help me answering my questions and I appreciate their help. My new modification was great, Hamp-2%, reduction of $300.00 a month and $33,000.00 forgiveness.

Thankful
We are very pleased to say that with the help of Mr.Marrero's law firm. I was able to obtain a loan modification under tha gov't program after not paying my home for 4 years. Also the firm was able to obtain a balance deferral of $267.000.00 and saved my home from foreclosure.

Very Happy
Very happy with our modification, we refer our family & friends to lawyer. They lowered the rate to 4% fixed for 40 years. My payment was lowered over $300.00. Thank you Lic. Marrero.
