I'm very happy with my result

I came in to Mr.Marrero office and I was about to lose my home. I was past due 75 months in the amount of $108,390.00. I received a Hamp modification paying $78.00 less than when the loan was originally obtained. I'm very happy with my result and the assistance received.

Happy with my modification

Iam very happy with the modification with Dr.Marrero firm was able to obtain for me & negotiating in a matter of 4 months after signing up with the firm. I obtained a trial modification under the Hamp gov. It program, and 3 months after my trial payments I successfully obtained a Hamp gov's approved ...final modification at 2%.

I received a diferrment of $116,074.23 & a 2% interest rate for the first 5 years. Thank Dr.Marrero for save my home. I am very appreciated.

Best lawyer

In 6 months I got the best modification. I was working with Yuriannis is my processor and she negotiaded with my bank SPS. They give me a 100k as a principal reduction and my monthly payment was reduced at least $500.00. Thank you Dr.Marrero to help me keep my home and got and affordable payment in m...y mortgage. I'm very happy client.

Indebted for services provided

I tried to do a modification without results but in the office. I received the assistance to resolve my problem. They gave me a forginess for 32k in my mortgage is $500.00 less.
