Happy with the results

Finally obtained my modification, I’m happy with the results We were working with another attorney for over 3 years and we were never able to obtain any results or saw any real progress in our case. My cousin referred us to the law office of Dr. Marrero because he was able to complete his modificat...ion in less than 3 months; we were able to get an approval in our loan modification in less than 3 months as well (we first signed up with the firm on July 2014 and got the trial period on October 2014, now our modification had been finalized successfully). We are really happy with our modification and glad this stressful process ended, we want to thank the firm for following up with us and giving us constant information on our case

Excellent Job

We are pleased with the firm and their representatives Mrs.Marjorie. I was able to obtain a 2% for the life of the loan, I am now saving a monthly amount of $800.00 and received a 185k in forgiveness. Thank you.

Finally modified

Our case took almost 2 years to resolve. We were offered a Forebarance plan in the beginning but then we were offered Hamp. We complete the whole process without ever going late on a payment. Finally achieved.

Amazed

I was able to get a modification with Mr. Marreros help. I needed help with my payment. But i did not want to mess up my credit. I am now saving $221.00 a month and my interest rate was lowered to a 4.375% while being current. Iam verry happy with the services and the outcome.

100% recommended

This is our 2nd modification with Mr.Marrero. Our primary home was modified & now our investment home. We have been past due for 6 years and Mr.Marrero's team was able to save both of our homes. After not paying for 6 years our payment was still lowered $329.00. We are very happy.
