Modified my loan.
I was afraid of losing my home because I had not paid my mortgage for over 2 years but Julio Marrero and his staff helped me and my lender modified my home. I did not get a principal reduction but my interest rate was lowered to a 2% making my payments affordable.

Came in with a sale date, received an approval in 35 days! Saved my Home!!!
I came to the firm with a sale date, and scared of losing my home. The firm was excellent. I received my approval in 35 days, and the sale date was cancelled. The courteousness and professional handling is excellent. Is a firm that I can refer.
