-After starting the process of modification to my property and have met the test period of 3 months the bank I am honored with the modification to my house. Reducer was achieved monthly mortgage payment with a 2% interest for the first 5 years. Which I am very pleased with the change and the opportun...ity offered me to restructure my economy. Late last year I received my modification to my home after having met all the requirements that the bank requested a lower payment to the previous ($ 995.89 mo.)
