Dr. Marrero saved my home

I could only say good things about this attorney, he had saved my home and an investment property I have and they were both modified with a great modification agreement. Obtained my loan modification and kept my home

I'm able to keep my home and I obtained a loan modification with Wells Fargo for HAMP and my mortgage payment will be $255,79 each month, I'm very thankful and not my foreclosure case could be dismissed and I could be able to afford my payments. My processor Seiny, was very attentive and worked with... me through this process to get the best results. I would recommend this firm in the future and will use it in the future if necessary

Saved our Home.

When I hired Julio Marrero and his staff to help me keep my home I already had a sale date scheduled. Not only was he able to stop the sale, he was able to get me a modification as well. Even thou the bank did not reduce my principal I was able to keep my home with an affordable payment.
