Very happy with my modification
Iam very happy for services they have offered me. Thank you for saving my house.Now I have a mortgage payment that is less and is a fixed rate. I will paying principal and interest on my loan which it was one of my objectives. Thank you Mr. Julio Marrero and excellent staff. Thank you.

Saved my investment property
Took long time to negotiate with Chase but they saved my property and cancelled my sale date. I'm so happy because finally got my modification and resolved my foreclosure. Gracias Dr. Julio Marrero.

Mr. Marrero team was able to obtain a 3.25% fixed rate on my modification, this will help me save over $500.00 a month, and at my age that is a significant amount of help my family members are amazed of the service this firm provides and will be reaching out to then for anything in the future,
